One of these fantastic estates is being built in Cancelada - Symphony Suites Cancelada. Cancelada is a lovely Spanish village situated 10 minutes’ drive to Puerto Banus and 10 minutes’ drive to Estepona. It is also a place chosen by many developers who are building at the northern end of the village a completely new, luxurious world.
The project that charmed me is being built on a flat plot of land located a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive to the beach. 5 famous golf courses are located within a 10-minute drive of the estate. Not only the beach and the village are within walking distance, but also shops and restaurants.
Spanish development status
The estate Symphony Suites Cancelada will consist of 69 luxury apartments with 2 or 3 bedrooms and you can choose from 6 different layouts. The apartments will be spacious, south-oriented, so very bright and sunny. As always, the developer will take care of the finishings, so new owners will take over the apartment in the so-called "Spanish development status". This means:
